Monroe’s Red is a pretty creme polish with a bit jelly finish that makes the polish extra shiny. The polish is a bit watery but still applies very well. I needed three coats for the polish to be fully opaque, because of the jelly finish it’s a bit sheer. The brush works really well, I never have problems with the brush from Orly polishes.

This is an older polish from 2011 from the permanent line but they also released it in 2013 in the I Love Nails Valentines Day collection so this polish shouldn’t be hard to find if you want it!

I’ve used this polish a lot on my toe nails last summer! Maybe I’ll apply it again on my toes. What is your favorite color on your toes? Mine don’t have any nail polish now so let me know what’s your favorite!

So today I’m wearing Tetris from the Dollish Polish Gamer collection. I don’t have to tell you anymore that I’m a big game nerd and Tetris is one of my favorite games. I wanted this polish for a while but when I played one game for more than 3 hours with a high-score of 7.2 million I was so excited I gave this polish a reward to myself And yeah, my fingers did hurt really bad from playing for 3 hours non stop, lol

So here it is! This is one layer of Tetris over A-England – Camlelot. The formula is really good, I only needed one layer to get enough glitters on my nail. I didn’t wanted to do a second layer because I really liked it like this. There are green, red, yellow and blue medium hexagon glitters in a clear base. I think this looks stunning and I bet it will also look good if you choose a different basecolor.

This polish is still available on her website so grab it while you still can! Sometimes her polishes are sold out and I’m like a cougar hunting for them in her webshop so I’m always happy when they are in stock again! I still have a list with a few polishes that I really want though *sigh*

Just like Hero of Time, I’m in love with It’s A Me, Mario. Unfortunately I don’t own the whole collection, but I’m really happy I have this one and Go Luigi, will swatch that one soon!

I’ve used A-England – Perceval as the base color and then applied two coats of It’s a Me, Mario! The formula is great and I love the brush. There are blue and red glitters and some silver stars but they liked it so much in the bottle they didn’t want to be on my nails. If you take a closer look at the first picture you see them in the bottle, but they all sunk to the bottom.

I think the colors suit mario really well and I hope maybe one day to own the other polishes as well. I can say I’m a big fan of the Dollish Polish lacquers and I don’t think anybody would regret buying this polish.

This is Zoya Liberty from the Pixie Dust collection for summer 2013. When it arrived I was surprised. I thought the blue color would be darker but it’s a medium blue, still stunning though! The formula is great, I needed two coats for full coverage and I’ve applied this polish on saturday and took the pictures on tuesday, so 3,5 days and no tipwear or chips!

The matte textured/pixie dust finish looks amazing, I get many compliments wearing this polish! I do think the glitter makes it extra special, you just keep staring at your nails! The polish dries pretty fast, but you’ll see that after 15 minutes the textured finish is at it’s best, so wait till it’s completely dry.

The only thing that I thought was really weird is Zoya writing that you can wear this polish without a basecoat. I’ve applied a basecoat anyways because I didn’t wanted to take the risk of my nails getting stained. Well, guess what … it stained my nails a little bit Good thing I always wear nailpolish but I just wanted to let you know as a warning!

The Pixie Dust polishes go for $9 so they are a little bit more pricy than the normal polishes, they are $8 but I really don’t mind, love these polishes too much!

First I have to say, it’s not only inspired by Piet Mondriaan but also by many other bloggers because I never would have thought of doing this nailart. I’ve seen this manicure on several nailpolish blogs and I wanted to try it myself!

I think this is the most time I ever used on any nailart haha! I’ve used two coats of all colors, but I think it would have been better with three for the red and blue because you can see some spots, but ah well.

The polishes I’ve used are all from Deborah Milano’s Pret a Porter collection. I’ve used: 01 French Manicure, 71 Total Black, 39 Red Carpet, 56 Royal Navy and 89 Lemon Tree.

Seductive is a pretty purple polish with a golden shimmer. I really love the shimmer, it makes the textured finish look so much better than sand polishes with just one color. I needed two coats for full coverage, the formula and brush work really well.

I love it when polishes are this great and so cheap! These polishes cost only €1,95! Too bad this brand isn’t sold here in Holland

I’ve tried The Hero of Time first because I love Link! I think this polish is perfect, the colors are exactly like the outfit from Link, green, gold and brown. There are hex, square and round glitters in different sizes. I’ve used Zoya – Yara as the base color and applied two coats of The Hero of Time. The application is perfect and the brush works really nice!

As you can see in the next picture the formula isn’t thick like with some glitter polishes. Also my nails have a smooth surface.

Can’t wait to try Hylian Princess!
